Paul has been training parkour for over 6 years, previously an IT Professional, Paul's experience with business has helped him boost his business management skills through his founding of West Coast Shift. At the moment, Paul is studying to become a physiotherapist while gaining lots of knowledge in Sport Science through Further Education, and working very closely with Aerial Edge (Glasgow's Circus School).
Paul has been coaching over the past 4 years, at big events such as Roots of Movement, Youth Urban Games, Glasgow European Championships 2018, as well as the regular running of West Coast Shift classes, and performing for small to large events!
Mete originally started parkour classes in Glasgow, training now for 4 years, Mete has worked his way up from being an Intern to becoming Vice-Director of West Coast Shift, assisting in the development of classes, coaching and professing his own parkour skills training. Mete has most recently been working with an international Sky School as a Para-motoring instructor, working across the globe in Italy, Germany and Oman.
Mete's coaching experience has been over the past 3 years from the regular West Coast Shift classes as well as other youth work events throughout the west coast of Scotland, such as eXp 2016 and Roots of Movement, along with performing for Mugstock Festival!
